Professional Football Player. He was a guard who played for five seasons in the National Football League with the Kansas City Chiefs, (1963-67). Born to first generation Polish-American parents, he was an All-State half-back in high school, played for the Memphis State University Tigers, excelled in football as tight end and was inducted into the Memphis State University Hall of Fame. Drafted by the Kansas City Chiefs after college he made his debut with the team in 1963. He played in the 1966 AFL Championship game and also played in the first Super Bowl I, 1966. He died at the age of 74.
