MINERAL RIDGE – Agnes Cline, 84, 1392 Salt Springs Road, died at 11:45 p.m., Monday, at her home after a one-year illness.
She was born January 11, 1913, in Elliott County, Ky., a daughter of Harlan and Eve Johnson, and came to the Niles area in 1948.

Mrs. Cline was a homemaker who enjoyed quilting and cooking. She was a member of the Apostolic Assembly Church of Mineral Ridge.

Her husband, William Sherman Cline, whom she married on July 4, 1928, died on April 20, 1991.

Survivors include a son, Thomas of Mineral Ridge; three daughters, Mrs. Pauline Humphrey of Mineral Ridge, Mrs. Ruth Green and Mrs. Evelyn Bouts, both of Niles; a brother, Ray Johnson of Leavittsburg; 20 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.

Deceased are two daughters, Georgia Carpenter and Alice Faye Campbell; two brothers, George and Peter Johnson, and a sister, Mrs. Ora McGlone.

Funeral services are 11 a.m. Friday at the Apostolic Assembly Church. Burial will follow in Kerr Cemetery, Niles.

Friends may call today from 6 to 9 p.m. at Holeton-Yuhasz Funeral Home and one hour prior to the service at the church.
