Funeral services for Walter B Kibbey, 58 years of age, attorney and former Judge-Advocate of the California Department of the American Leagion, will be conducted at 3:30 p.m. today in the Wee Kirk o’ the Heather, Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Glendale. He died Monday while recovering from an operation for appendicitis. He was senior member of the firm of Kibbey, Cooper & Dulin. Besides his widow, he leaves a daughter and a son.
