Thomas E. Orndoff,71, of Waynesburg, died unexpectantly August 4, 2007, in Washington Hospital, Washington, PA.

Mr. Orndoff was born February 23, 1936, in Waynesburg, a son of Everette "Jack" Orndoff and Inez Shultz Orndoff.

He was a 1954 graduate of Waynesburg High School and a 1964 graduate of Waynesburg College.

He was a veteran of the US Air Force, serving in Japan.

Mr. Orndoff served as administrator of the Loyal Order of Moose Lodge 461 in Waynesburg for 30 years. He joined the lodge in 1958 and was a life member and past governor. He also was a member of Legion of the Moose 121, earning both Fellowship Degree and Pilgrim Degree, and member of American Legion Post 954 in Jefferson.

He worked a few years as a deputy under Sheriff Mark G. Shultz.

Surviving are his wife, Lorraine Sweitzer Orndoff, whom he married March 13, 1976, and a daughter Lisa Orndoff, of Waynesburg,PA

He was the last of his immediate family.
