Victoria -- Edmund J. Billinger, 83, Victoria, died Wednesday, Aug. 25,1993; at Hays Medical Center. Mr. Billinger was born March 16, 1910, at Victoria and was a lifelong resident.

He was a retired oil field pumper and had worked for City Service Oil Company for 25 years. He was a member of St. Fidelis Catholic Church, Victoria.

His wife, Marie, died in 1987.

Survivors include two sons, Leroy of the home and Donald of Fort Lupton, Colo.; four daughters, Rosie Leiker of Victoria, Joyce Dinkel and Linda Billinger, both of Hays, and Jeanette Schmidt of Salina; three brothers, Leo and Donald, both of Victoria, and Benny of Wilson; two sisters, Helen Windholz of Haysville and Rosie Suppes of Victoria; and nine grandchildren.

The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Fidelis Catholic Church, Victoria, the Rev. Frank X. Grinko officiating. Burial will be in St. Fidelis Cemetery, Victoria. A vigil will be at 7:30 p.m. Friday at Cline's Mortuary, Victoria.

Memorials may be made to St. Fidelis Charitable Fund. Visitation will be from 6 to 9 p.m. today, from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Friday and after 8 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home, 412 Main, Victoria, 67671.
