Thomas Richard Mueller, 65, of Peshtigo, WI, passed away at St. Luke's Hospital of Milwaukee, with his wife and loving children by his side, on November 27, 2014. Tom was born September 28, 1949, in Valparaiso, Ind. to Richard Mueller and Marie (Day) Mueller-Konell.
A graduate from Wolcott High School in 1967, he married Mary Jane Engeldinger on November 6, 1971 at St. Williams Catholic Church in Menominee, MI.
Tom was employed as a Manufacturing Manager for most of his life and retired early due to his health. He was the former President of the Peshtigo Chamber of Commerce, a long term member of St. Mary's Catholic Church and many other community organizations.
Among other things, Tom enjoyed exploring and traveled to all 50 States with his wife Mary Jane. Family was a priority and he enjoyed camping, fishing and gardening with his kids and grandkids.
Tom is survived by his wife, Mary Jane of Peshtigo, WI;
two sons: Aaron (Jennifer) of Kimberly and Eric (Tory) of Stevens Point, WI;
two daughters: Lisa (William) of Little Chute, WI and Jennifer (Richard) of Marshfield, WI;
and four grandchildren: Melina, Brandon, Alexis and Will.
Also survived by his mother Marie and step-father Kurt Konell of Porterfield, WI;
a brother Alan of Francisville, Ind.
and a sister Theresa (Jon) Glover of Freeport, Texas.
Tom was preceded in death by an infant son, Matthew; his father, Richard Mueller; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Joseph and Isabelle Engeldinger.
A funeral Mass will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, December 5, at St. Mary Catholic Church in Peshtigo with Rev. Father Robert Karuhn officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery in Peshtigo.
