Funeral services and burial were held this week in Trenton, Mich. for Mrs. Marjorie Weir Hughes, 84, widow of Will Hughes, who died Tuesday at Trenton.
Mrs. Hughes' parents were Dr. and Mrs. Francis Weir.
The family formerly lived in the house on North Main Street for many years known as the Weir House and more recently taken over by the Madison County Historical Society as a museum.
Mrs. Hughes is survived by one sister, Mrs. Joseph Hadley of Rockford, and a number of nieces and nephews.
