He was a former Barber at McCarty's Barber Shop; guard at the Vandalia Correctional Center, Vandalia, IL; a member of Ducks Unlimited; Crawford Hale American Legion Post #95, Vandalia, IL; and a member of First Baptist Church, Ramsey, IL.
He is survived by: Brother - Bobby Moreland, Vandalia, IL; Sister - Mary Estes, Ramsey, IL; and Several Nephews & Nieces.
