Mark Allen Hittson, 55, passed away Tuesday, January 13, 2015. My dearest husband and love of my life, Mark Hittson, has gone to be with our Lord. I had him for one brief shinning moment, but he will be shinning in Heaven now.

To be without him, life seems so less joyful, without his laughter, quick wit, and ability to light up a room. Those of us who loved him will never forget such a wonderful man, and will miss him forever.

Mark proudly served our country in the United States Navy, 1977 to 1983. Upon his return to civilian life, he began working for his parents company, Dela-Ware Manufacturing as the general manager for approximately fifteen years.

During that time he returned to Ball State University and is an alumni. He then decided to open his own business, Dela-Lift, Inc. He sold and installed mobility equipment for approximately fifteen years. He also worked several years in tool and die for American Design and Engineering before retiring.

He was preceded in death by his father, Norman Hittson.

He is survived by his adoring wife, Teresa Hittson; his mother, Helen; and adopted son, Joshua, as well as countless aunts, uncles, cousins and two special nephews who loved him dearly.

God please look after my husband, Mark. Goodnight sweet prince, until we meet again.
