Stephanie Lynn Carter, daughter of Steven Theodore Carter and Kathleen Viola (King) Jones passed away 17 Oct 2014 at her home in Lincoln, CA. Stephanie and her twin brother, Adam Thomas Carter were born 30 March 1971 in Stockton, CA. Adam passed away 24 July 1975. Stephanie grew up under the loving care of her father, and his wife Marlene (Ossowski), her paternal grandparents, Florence (Lindquist) and Herschel Thomas Carter, and aunt, Pamela E. Carter. Stephanie was a 1989 graduate of Crestmoor High School in San Bruno, CA. She attended UC Davis and finished her Bachelor of Science degree at California State University, Sacramento. Stephanie will be truly missed by her fiance, a friend, and family members Marlene Carter, Pamela Carter, Donald J Moody, Sr., Emmie (Moody) Olivecrona, Donald J. Moody, Jr., Dewey J and Karen (Wyatt) Moody, Kathleen Jones, Candie Ann Merrill, Paulette Clark and John King. A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, 28 October 2014 at Disciples Church, 281 Iron Point Rd, Folsom. Seating will begin at 5pm; the service will commence at 6 pm. Interment will be private at Cherokee Memorial Park in Lodi, CA.
