Petoskey, Mich., Dec. 15. -- Albert E. Goodrich, 37, of Harbor Springs, Mich., died here today. He was the son of the late Albert W. Goodrich, Chicago city fire commissioner from 1927 to 1931, and the grandson of the late Albert Edgar Goodrich, founder of the Goodrich Transit company. He is survived by his widow, Dora Butterworth Goodrich, and two daughters. Services will be at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday in the First Presbyterian church at Harbor Springs.
