Mrs. Jeanne Slayton
Mrs. Jeanne Slayton, 88, of 120 West 10th, died at 6:55 p.m. Saturday at Grace Hospital after an illness of three days.

Born Aug. 31, 1874 in Chariton, Iowa. Married to Joseph Templeton in 1900 in Woodward, Okla., moved to Hutchinson in 1910. Mr. Templeton died in 1927. She married Almond Slayton in 1930 at Alva, Okla. He died April 9, 1962.

Member: First Christian Church.

Survivors: daughters, Mrs. Blyth Freeman, of home; Mrs. Dean Perks, 1006 West 19th.

Funeral 10:30 a.m. Monday at Elliott Chapel, Rev. T.J. Bennett. Burial Fairlawn Cemetery.
