A. J. Beasley age 86 of Kingston passed away Sunday September 5, 2010 at the Roane Medical Center. He was a member of the Kingston Church of Christ. A U.S. Army Veteran serving in WWII and was a Purple Heart Recipient. He retired in 1987 from Martin Marietta, and enjoyed hunting. Preceded in death by his parents Troy and Tennie Beasley, sons Bobby and Dwight Beasley, brothers Ellis and Franklin D, sisters Clarene and Faye.
Funeral 7pm Tuesday September 7, 2010 in the Kyker Chapel. Burial 12:30pm Wednesday at Roane Memorial Gardens with Military Honors by the Roane County Military Memorial Honor Guard.
