MRS. BERTHA H. WALTERS
Mrs. Bertha H. Walters, 91, of 3308 Elm Street, died yesterday morning at the Camden Clark Memorial Hospital following a short illness. She was born April 7, 1872, at Chesterville, W. Va., the daughter of the late William P. and Canzada Barnes Deem.
She was a member of the Stout Memorial Methodist Church, attending regularly until shortly before her illness. Mrs. Walters was preceded in death by her first husband, Isaac T. Fisher. Of this marriage one daughter survives, Mrs. Juanita B. Prince, with whom she made her home. Her second husband, Felix B. Walters, also preceded her in death. One daughter of this marriage survives, Mrs. Helen W. Leech, St. Petersburg,, Fla.
Also surviving are three grandsons and seven g.grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Walters was the last remaining member of her immediate family, four sisters and four brothers having preceded her in death.
Funeral services will be conducted at Stout Memorial Church, Wednesday at 2 p.m. with the Rev Albert C Howe pastor of the Stout Memorial Church officiating. Burial will be in the Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Friends may call at the Vaughan Funeral Home after 10 a.m. today. Pallbears will be Dennis Deem, W. Paul Deem, George E. Prince, Herman B. Prince, Guy Haught and Ralph G. Wix.
