Albert "Allie" Wagner was a New York bootlegger and narcotics dealer.
Along with his younger brother Abe, he led the Wagner gang on New York's Lower Eastside. On February 21 1931 at a peace conference on the 7th floor of the Hatfield House Hotel in New York City gunfire broke out and Allie Wagner took three bullets in the chest and one in the head. Albert Wagner was dead at the age of 26.
