Tearil "Papa" Hambrick, age 71, passed away Friday, December 07, 2007.

Mr. Hambrick was born in Barnesville to the late William Tearil Hambrick, Sr. and Ethel Lee Revell Hambrick. He was retired from Warner Robins Air Force Base Civil Service as an electronics specialist and owned Bibb Radio and TV for many years. He enjoyed fishing, cooking, and working in the yard but most of all being with his family. He was the greatest husband, father, Papa, brother, and father in law in the world.

He was predeceased by a wife, Sylvia Faye Hambrick, son, Steven Tearil Hambrick, and sister Runette Thorton.

Surviving is his wife, Linda Hambrick of Sparta; children, Kim Barfield (Steve) of Macon, William "T" Hambrick III of Byron, Leeann Hall (Ethan) of Illinois, and Michael Rawlins (Cristen) of Macon; sister, Betty Hambrick of Marietta; and daughter in law, Debra Jones of Byron. He was the "Papa" of ten grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

Memorial services will be at White Oaks Free Will Baptist Church, 2:00 P.M. Monday, December 10, 2007, the twenty-fifth wedding anniversary of Tearil and Linda. The Reverend Fred Bell and the Reverend Paul Creech will officiate. Interment will be private.

The family may be contacted at 114 William Way, Macon and will receive friends from 6-8:00 P.M. on Sunday at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Hospice of Central Georgia in memory of Runette Thorton, 3780 Eisenhower Parkway, Macon, GA 31206.
