"Mrs. Caroline A. Watrous celebrated her ninetieth birthday on Wednesday last. A number of her friends called daring the afternoon, and she entertained them with all the cheerfulness and animation of one very much younger. Mrs. Watrous was the recipient of many beautiful presents, showing the esteem and regard of those who gave them. She is bright and active, enjoying unusually good health for one of her years. The Democrat joins with her many friends in congratulations and wishes her many more birthdays."
