George G. Danzer, 84, died Tuesday, July 6, 1999, at Methodist Medical Center in Peoria.
Born Nov. 10, 1914, in Washington to Gilgiam and Rosa Marie Widmer Danzer, he married Wilmuth Grove on Oct. 22, 1937, in Cahokia, Mo. She survives.
Also surviving are two sons, Leonard Grove and George Danzer Jr.; one daughter, Lois Wickwire; and one sister, Louella Gooddale.
He was preceded in death by one brother and three sisters.
He worked at Wilson Packing Co. in Monmouth. He also farmed in Elmwood.
Burial will be in Swan Lake Memory Gardens in Peoria.
