LOGAN ANTHONY BUDDEMEYER (6/21/2005- 01/01/2014)

Logan was granted his angel wings on January 1st 2014, following a lifelong illness. He was surrounded by family and friends that he had touched throughout his life. With Logan’s passing we remind others that his life is one to be celebrated. He will forever remain in our hearts.
Logan’s life would seem too short to many, but those who were touched by him understood that the quality of existence far exceeds the quantity of time in which one lives. His smile and big hug could melt the hearts of those around him and though he never spoke a full sentence, his voice and thoughts could always be heard.
There is a special place in our hearts for Logan’s nurses Jenny and Bridget because of their continual dedication, love and support. He will also be dearly missed by all his special caregivers at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami that provided Logan with love and dignity in his life and also in his death.
Logan is survived by his loving parents, Mike and Monica Buddemeyer; sisters Melissa Young and Samantha Buddemeyer; grandparents Juan and Elsa Manfredi and Gloria Buddemeyer; aunts and uncles John Soutar and Sandra Manfredi; Jim and Shirley Buddemeyer; Melissa Buddemeyer and Laura Lubawy; Cindy Uphold along with many cousins.
He was predeceased by his sisters Amanda and Riana; grandfather Lee Buddemeyer.
Viewing hours are to be held Friday January 17th, from 6-8 pm at Hodges-Josberger Funeral Home, 577 E. Elkcam Circle, Marco Island FL 34145. There will be a celebration of life January 18th at 1:00 pm at St Mark’s Episcopal Church 1101 N. Collier Blvd, Marco Island FL 34145. Island casual dress is preferred.
