HICKS, Anna C. (Petroskey)- Age 91 of Flint died September 18, 2004. Private services were held. Anna was born September 22, 1912 in Cedar, MI, the daughter of Louis and Mary (Surdyk) Petroskey. She had resided in Flint most of her life. She was married to Dallas Sterling Hicks in 1930 in Flint; he preceded her in death in 1941. She retired from GM in 1962 with 21 years of service and was a member of the UAW. She was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church where she was very active in the Alter Society. Surviving are: son Ronald A. and wife Shirley of Swartz Creek; daughter Rosemary Joy and husband Richard Bower of Idaho; sister Judy Farthing of Traverse City; 9 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; 4 great great grandchildren; nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; a son, Randolph; 6 sisters and 3 brothers.
