Dietrich, Janet Lee, age 78 of Beavercreek passed away on September 2, 2015 after a long battle with cancer and a short stay at Hospice. She was born to the late Irene and Laurence Hockwalt on April 5th 1937 in Dayton, OH.
She was preceded in death by her son Michael Dietrich and grandson Christopher Dietrich. She is survived by her loving husband Dale, son Douglas Dietrich of Dayton, daughter Deborah (Michael) Creech of Beavercreek, sister Mary Ann Lyons and husband Jack of Grandbury, Tx., sister in law Gloria Warner and husband Rex of Beavercreek, step brother Al Aleixo and wife Marie, grandchildren Amanda Dietrich, Amber Dietrich-Chavis, Brandy Rubke, Kimberly Chabot, Kelly Creech, and Dale Dietrich, great grandchildren Madison Day and Jace Creech. She also leaves behind numerous relatives and friends and will be dearly missed by all those who loved her. Janet retired from St. Elizabeth Medical Center where she worked in communications. Dale, Janet's husband, has been a compassionate care giver and advocate during Janet's illness, a true testament of the vows they took 60 years ago. They celebrated this amazing milestone anniversary on July 30th 2015.
