Mrs. Faye Cornwell Pearson, 85, passed away on Thursday, October 8, 2015 at her home.
The funeral service will be held at Covenant Presbyterian Church with Rev. Tom Sherer officiating. Burial will be in Grandview Memorial Park on Cherry Road.
Born in Flemington, NJ, Mrs. Pearson was a daughter of the late William R. Cornwell and the late Ollie Ferguson Cornwell. She was retired from Bayer Corporation as the Personnel Director and was a member of Covenant Presbyterian Church since 1971 where she was a member of the choir and participant of many church activities. She was the widow of Lloyd H. Pearson and was also preceded in death by her sister, Betty Cornwell Edwards; her niece, Rebecca Edwards Byrum; and her nephew William R. “Eddie” Edwards.
Surviving are her nephew, Steve T. Edwards (Linda) of Rock Hill; her niece, Cynthia Edwards Rieder of Rock Hill; her nephew, Vincenc Pearson (Elizabeth) of Greer, SC; and many nieces and nephews and grandnieces and nephews.
