Uriah F. Matney first marriage in Missouri 1895 to Margaret M Ecton b. 1878, and had 3 children, Bertha, Rebecca and Ida C (according to Mytrees.com. and Johnson family tree located ancestry.com owner jtbird5.) The 1900 federal census clearly shows Uriah in his fathers home (Ambrose Matney) along with his brothers John, James and Benji. The record shows Uriah being 22 yrs. old and divorced.

His second marriage in Feb. 20, 1902, Missouri to Sarah Jane Heatherly b.1886 and died Feb. 25, 1916. They had had 5 children, Charlie Ray, Alvie, Arvie, Ivel and Josie Opal Matney.

Most findings of the date of death, for Uriah and Sarah Jane is the same 1967. I do not believe this date to be accurate.
My Ggrandparents are Uriah and Sarah Jane Matney. Their youngest child (my grandmother) Josie Opal informed me before her death, in 1995, that her mother passed while she was little girl. My father was born in 1938 (still living) and informed me that he never got the chance to see Uriah or Sarah because they passed before he was born. The fact is none of Josie Opal's children met or saw their grandparents. Because of this info I am sure their death is not 1967.
Uriah is with Jane through the 1920 census and by the 1930 census Uriah is married to a Mollie or Mallie. Uriah does not appear in the 1940 census.
New records show that in the Alcorn-Walker Family Tree and Johnson family tree on ancestry.com that Sarah Jane death is 1925 in Duty Lawrence Arkansas and on Mytrees.com Uriah death is 1937.
The Fleetwood family paper shows Sarah death to be 1916 which would be 3 yrs after the birth of my grandmother Josie Opal Matney. Uriah death shows to be after 1930, my father was born 1938.
There are no death records for Missouri but if you check your census records you will find that they lived in Arkansas. Death records still need to be found.

NOTE: The Manning Cemetery was a guess more info needs to be gathered.
