She was born Dec. 1, 1921, in Kentucky. She was a factory worker.
She is survived by two grandsons, Tommy Prowell of Clay and Clifford Prowell of Madisonville.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date. Burial will be in IOOF Cemetery in Clay. Arrangements were handled by Townsend-Jones Funeral Home of Providence, Ky.
