Kenneth Price was an ordained minister of the Church of the Nazarene. He attended seminary at Bethany-Peniel College in Bethany, Oklahoma, now Southern Nazarene University. He met his wife, Meryl Roselyn Hollingsworth there. They married in 1946 in McPherson, Kansas.
The couple and their young daughter moved to south Florida where he served many years as pastor of several churches in the district. Their son was born during his term at Avon Park, FL. He was ordained May 24, 1957 in Bradenton, FL at the CON annual assembly.
Later, he moved to Nashville, Tennessee and was on staff at Trevecca Nazarene University. He also served in various ministerial positions in local churches.
