Obituary
Opal Arleen Mongold, 53, R.R. 1, Mitchell, former Muncie resident, died Saturday morning at her home after an extended illness. Mrs. Mongold lived in Muncie all her life until moving to Mitchell 10 months ago.
Surviving are her husband, Dewey C.; a son Gerry L., Muncie; a daughter, Mrs. William (Linda) Langlois, Pensacola, Fla.; a granddaughter and four grandsons; a brother and several sisters.
Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday in the Spice Valley Baptist Church, Mitchell. Friends may call after 11 a.m. today at the Chastin Mortuary, Mitchell. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
