Rev. Marshall Marcus Shaut was the son of Hiram and Margelia (Bauter) Shaut. Esther A.(Johnson) Shaut was his 1st wife. She died August 5, 1929. Marion Louise (Bradley) Shaut was his 2nd wife. They were married September 25, 1930. Rev. Shaut was a Local Preacher in the Genesee Conference of the Methodist Episcopal Church. He served Avoca, Steuben Co., Corning District, New York 1900 and 1901 - Bath, Steuben Co., Corning District, New York 1902.
