"George Noble, 93, was born in Frutigen, Switzerland, Aug. 2, 1921, and passed away Oct. 23, at Avanti Health and Rehabilitation Center in Minocqua. George was preceded in death by his first wife, Ann (Metz) Noble in 1980.
George is survived by his devoted wife, Marie (Perin) (Van Order) Noble, four sons, Ronald (Audrey) Noble, Kenneth (Denise) Noble, Douglas (Pam) Noble and Timothy (Diane) Noble; two stepsons, Larry (Debby) Van Order and Gary (Lynn) Van Order; 12 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
Services will be held Thursday, Oct. 30, at Trinity Lutheran Church in Boulder Junction. Visitation will be at 10 a.m. with a Memorial Service following at 11 a.m. He will be laid to rest at the Pines Cemetery in Boulder Junction.
