Major League Baseball Player. He was a catcher making his debut with the Chicago White Sox on September 27, 1959. For eight seasons, he played with the Chicago White Sox (1959-64), Cleveland Indians in 1965 and Baltimore Orioles in 1966. He ended his career with a record of 260 hits, 113 runs scored, 11 home runs, 114 runs batted in, a .264 batting average and a .993 fielding percentage.
