Mary Frame, 78, of St. Albans, passed away Jan. 23, 2009 at CAMC General Hospital, Charleston. She was a member of Highlawn Baptist Church, St. Albans. She was a 1947 graduate of South Charleston High School. She was preceded in death by her parents, Burl and Lydia Ward Arrowood:, and her brother, Bill Arrowood. Surviving: husband of 59 years, Walter Frame; three children and their spouses, Michael Frame and Jean Maatta of Hamden, CT; Linda and David Riffle of Kimbolton, OH; and Stephen and Kim Frame of Nitro, WV; Grandson and his wife, Scott Lothes and Maureen Muldoon of Corvallis, OR; and sisters-in-law, Vicki Arrowood of South Charleston and Emogene Frymier of Huntington, WV; nephews, Matthew, his wife Susan, and son Zane Arrowood of South Charleston; Bill Frymier of Huntington and Charles Frymier of Cincinnati, OH; nieces, Sherry Hill and her husband Fred of Nitro, Jane Booker and her children of Charleston, Cindy Rasmussen and her husband Andy and their children of Paramount, CA.
