Roy J. Harpole, 78, of Anna, Texas, passed away on February 3, 2016. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m., Saturday, February 6, 2016, at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home. Funeral services will be at 12 noon, Sunday, February 7, 2016, at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home Chapel in Allen, Texas. Interment will follow in Ridgeview Memorial Park in Allen.
Roy was born in Collin County, Texas, to the late Roy Lloyd and Lena Mae (Evans) Harpole. He married Lois Evelyn Tuley on July 26, 1958, in McKinney, Texas. Roy was an auto repair mechanic.
He was preceded in death by a brother, R.L. Harpole; and a great-grandson, Brock Perkins.
Survivors include his loving wife of 57 years, Lois Harpole, of Anna; sons: Jeff Harpole and wife, Johnnie, of Celina, Greg Harpole and wife, Karen, of Van Alstyne, Roy W.
