Frances Ann Kolter, 80, of Daugherty Twp., died February 2, 2016 at Good Samaritan Hospice, Beaver.

Born August 20, 1935, at her home in Monaca, she was the daughter of the late George A. and Margaret (Stumpf) Seifert. She was a member of the New Brighton Church of the Nazarene. She enjoyed Bingo and puzzles.

She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Robert Kolter, Sr.; her children, Robert Kolter, Jr. of New Brighton, Karen Kolter of NV, Kim and Thomas Dwyer of TX and Lisa Macom of New Brighton; five grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and a brother, Ralph and Loretta Seifert of Conway.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her son-in-law, Larry Macom, Jr. and her brother, George Seifert and sister-in-law, Mary.

Friends will be received Saturday, February 6, 2016 from 12, noon until time of service at 2pm at the SAUL-GABAUER FUNERAL HOME, INC. 273 Route 68, Rochester (adjacent to Sylvania Hills Memorial Park Mausoleum). Pastor Donald MacNeil, of the New Brighton Church of the Nazarene, will officiate.

Private interment will follow services at Sylvania Hills Memorial Park.
