Graveside inurnment services for Wanda B. Edmonds, 86, Lawrence, will be at 10 a.m. Saturday in McLouth Cemetery.
Mrs. Edmonds died Tuesday, May 24, 2005, at her home.
She was born Oct. 26, 1918, in Higginsville, Mo., the daughter of John and Meady Stroud Branham.
Mrs. Edmonds was the founder and broker of Edmonds Real Estate and a former member of the Lawrence Board of Realtors. She was a member of Lawrence Country Club. She was a former Miss Independence, Mo., and American Royal Queen in Kansas City.
She married Norman S. Edmonds on Sept. 8, 1940, in Independence, Mo. He survives, of the home.
Other survivors include three sons, Steve Edmonds and Joe Edmonds, both of Lawrence, and Mark Edmonds, Escondido, Calif.; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
