Terry LaVerne Gross, age 58 passed away on Ovember 19, 2014 at his home in Bazine Kansas.
He was born on July 26, 1956 in Larned Kansas the son of Ruben and A. Elaine Smith Gross.
Terry was a1974 graduate of Bazine High School. He attended Penn State University via correspondence to receive his degree in sprinkler fitter. He was a member of Local 669 Sprinkler. UNION.
On November 23, 1979 he married Lynd Vance in Golden Colorado. To this marriage three children born.
He is survived by his son, Ruyake Gross of Las Vegas, Nevada; two daughters, Terra Gross of Austin, Texas, and Brianna Gross of Las Vegas, Nevada, to grandchildren Ruyake Jr., and Malaya Parre; one brother Marvin Gross(Denise) of Bazine, Kansas; two sisters, Nadine Hinnegardt(Stan) of Burden, Kansas and Debra Musch of Hays, Kansas.
He was preceded in death by his parents Ruben and Elaine Gross, one brother , Raynond Gross and a brother-in-law Ron Munsch.
A memorial service will held Friday November 28, 2014 at 10:30 am First Baptist Church in Bazine. The family request memorial contributions be given to the Bazine Volunteer Fire Department or the Bazine Cemetery instead of sending flowers.
