Harry Sherwood, 44 years old, prominent Washington decorator, who died Wednesday [sic], will be buried tomorrow afternoon. Mr. Sherwood was a life-long resident in Washington and had been in business here twenty years. He was a member of the Board of Trade and was affiliated with Stansbury Lodge and Lafayette Chapter of the Masonic order and a member of the Washington Elks Lodge. He is survived by the widow, Augusta E. Sherwood, two children, Herbert and Wilbur Sherwood, and his mother, Mrs. Alice Sherwood. Services will be at his home, 2525 Eleventh street at 3 o'clock tomorrow afternoon. Interment will be in Rock Creek Cemetery.
Cause of death: influenza and pneumonia.
