MARIETTA, Ga. — Wayne Leroy
Gross, 52, died Dec. 16, 1995, at his
home in Marietta.

He was born May 8, 1943, at
Bazine, the son of Robert M. and
Rosalie Tittel Gross. A resident of
Marietta for several years, he had
formerly lived in Ness County for 16
years. He served for 20 years in the
United States Navy.

Survivors include: wife, Linda
Gross, of the home; a daughter,
Maeleen Jasper, Georgetown, Ky.;
mother, Rosalie Gross, Ness City;
two brothers, Lynn Gross, Junction
City, and Robert E. Gross, River
Ridge, La.; two sisters, Marcille
Burnett, Dighton and Nikki Pfaff,
Plainville; and two grandchildren.

Funeral will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday
at Fitzgerald Funeral Home,
Ness City, with the Rev. Don
McCrackon presiding. Friends may
call from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Friday, and
until service time Saturday at the
funeral home. Burial will be in the
Bazine Cemetery with military rites
conducted by the Ness City American
Legion.
Memorials may be sent to the Fort
Dodge Soldiers Home, in care of the
funeral home.

Gross, 52, died Dec. 16, 1995, at his
home in Marietta.

He was born May 8, 1943, at
Bazine, the son of Robert M. and
