2nd I will and bequeath to my son John Hougland Eighty Acres of land being the East half of the South East quarter of section No. thirty five in Township No. five South of Range No. Eight west of the lands sold at Vincennes Indiana being the farm on which I now live reserving out of said half quarter Section of land to my beloved wife her right of Dower in & to all the land of which am now possessed which right of dower to all such land I desire to be set apart an set off to my beloved wife and located on the half quarter section above described to wit the East half of the south East quarter of Section No. thirty five in Township No. five South of Rage No. Eight west of the lands sold at Vincennes Indiana which tract of land reserving to my beloved wife her dower as aforesaid to be passed and enjoyed by my said Son and to descend to his lawful heirs and their heirs and so down to successive generations forever and should my son John Hougland do without heirs then the above described tract of land to descend & fall to my son James Hougland his heirs & assigns forever.
