Charlotte was a homemaker. She was a member of First United Methodist Church of Pomeroy, Ohio and she attended First United Methodist Church in Clinton, KY.
She is survived by two daughters, Roberta Ann Dale and husband Steve of Lexington, KY, Judy Cole and husband Joe P. of Paducah, KY; one grandchild, Kellie Ann Nolan of Lexington, KY; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William “Bill” Vance Brown; one sister, Roberta O’Brien; and one brother, Bob Cornwell. Her parents were Marvin Cornwell and Marie Ingles Cornwell.
Funeral service will be held at 11:00 am, Monday, March 28, 2016, at First United Methodist Church in Clinton, KY, with Rev. Stan Waldon officiating. Burial will follow at Columbus Cemetery in Columbus, KY.
Visitation will be held from 9:30 am until the service time of 11:00 am, Monday, March 28, 2016, at First United Methodist Church in Clinton, KY.
