Commissioned into the USNR, 1943 - 1946, as a Lt.
Predeceased by her husband of 42 years, Lt. Col. Richard D. Kepner, USAF; and her son, Capt. Richard S. Kepner (Peg), USAF.
Survived by daughters, Jane (Gil) and Anne; grandchildren, Heather, Jason, Clay (Danielle), Seth (Stephanie), and Ty (Carissa); great-grandchildren, Tessa, Sienna, Vivienne, Evelyn, and Sadie.
Burial is at Arlington National Cemetery with her husband and son.
Memorial service Friday, April 22, 2016, 11:00 a.m., Northminister Presbyterian Church, reception following.
