She married Edward Winslow, Jr (1669-1753) in 1693 the son of Edward Winslow, Sr ( born in Plymouth in 1633 and died in Boston in 1682).
Her father, was known for turning down the Presidency of Harvard College and for opposing the witchcraft hysteria in nearby Salam in 1692, helping two of the accused to escape. In the process he was removed from the pulpit of the church he led.
They were Congregationalists (not Episcopalians)
She had numerous children and was buried in the Winslow crypt at what is now King's Chapel.
