During his younger years, David enjoyed hunting and being in the woods. The past four years his great joy was watching the Coleman wrestling team, of which his son, Derick, wrestled all four years on the varsity team.
Surviving are his son, Derick Ray Teteak; his parents, Bob and Nancy Teteak;
his brother, Daniel (Julie) Teteak and their children: Samantha (Travis) Mueller, Ashley and Nicholas;
his brother, Darren (Melissa) Teteak and their children: Jaxen Teteak and Kennedy Chmela; one great-niece, Emma Mueller; uncle Jerry (Diane) Shevy and cousins: Lisa, Aaron, Amber and Eric, along with their families.
David was preceded in death by his grandparents: Raymond and Helen Shevy and Emma Conrad.
The family will greet relatives and friends Saturday, May 14th at the Rhodes-Charapata Funeral Home, 235 E. Main St., Coleman, from 11 a.m. until the time of the Funeral Service at 1 p.m. with Pastor Archer Leupp officiating.
David will be placed to rest at First Baptist Cemetery, Pound.
