William Hill, in his 84th year, died at his home in Cooperstown on Sunday. The deceased was a native of Ireland, but came to this country with his parents when 9 years of age. His wife died 6 years ago and he is survived by 12 children: James, Penelope, Mrs. Samuel Eich, Mrs. George Anderson, Samuel, Robert, William, Mrs. James Wright, Mrs. Mary Hill, David and Elmer. He is also survived by three brothers, John - 81, Alexander -76 and Samuel - 79. Two sisters - Mrs. Cyrus Mark and Mrs. George Ramsdale. and a half-brother, George Hill. Interment in Hill City.
