Mary was originally buried in the Cocke Cemetery at Mulberry Grove (now Mooresburg), Hawkins County, Tennessee. With the TVA project, that created Cherokee Lake, Mulberry Grove would become part of the lake. According to a TVA chart, Thomas Cocke and Lucinda Cocke were moved to the Livingston Cemetery. 16 other graves from the Cocke Cemetery were moved to the Jamagin, Dean, Bethesda and Sunderland cemeteries. Mary's grave was no longer marked and may not have been moved.
