He is survived by his mother; Annie Smiley, his siblings; Nolan Smiley, Sharon Minniefield, Cosette (Willie) Montfort, Rosette Smiley, Millicent Smiley, and Priscilla Smiley, numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends. He was preceded in death by his father; James H. Smiley.
Funeral service will be held at Mt. Ebal United Holy Church, 555 South Front Street, on Monday, June 20, 2016 at 11AM with Pastor Clarence Thomas officiating. Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery.
