Steven was the son of Michael Willman and Elizabeth Avery. He was a plumber's helper for the Venhoff Plumbing and Heating Co. Steven died of accidental carbon monoxide poisoning at SS. Mary & Elizabeth Hospital. He and a friend, William Kean, were found in a car parked in a garage behind Kean's home. They were taken to the hospital where they were pronounced dead. He was 18.
