Odd Fellows Cemetery was established on 24 Mar 1849 at 23rd and Diamond Streets in Philadelphia. In 1951 the cemetery was acquired by the City of Philadelphia to build the Raymond Rosen Housing Development. "Most" of the graves were moved to the Memorial Park section of Lawnview Cemetery, in Rockledge, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, and some were removed to Philadelphia's Mount Peace Cemetery.
In 1999 the housing development buildings were imploded. During the cleanup, additional buried bodies and bits of caskets from Odd Fellows were discovered. In 2013 an additional 29 bodies were discovered at the Odd Fellows location. The city reburied the bodies in that 26th and Diamond location and build an outdoor yard.
