> He is survived by siblings, Clarence(April) Fowler of Providence, Felicia(Will) Peterson of Providence, Jaime Fowler of Providence, Rose(Edward) Hall of Providence, Steve(Shirley) Fowler of Shelbyville,TN, and Carrie(Toby) Carthell of Muncie,IN. And an abundance of nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews that he loved dearly.
