Professional Football Player. A native of Belle Glade, Florida, Waters played for the Philadelphia Eagles from 1984 to 1993, and the Arizona Cardinals from 1994 to 1995. After his playing days Waters became involved in sports at Alabama State University, Morgan State University, University of South Florida, and was a defensive coordinator for the Fort Valley State University.
