Herbert Rome, 86, of Roeland Park, Kan., passed away on Monday, May 12, 2008, at his home.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday, May 16, at the St. Agnes Catholic Church; entombment in the Resurrection Cemetery Mausoleum. A visitation will be from 7-9:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 15, at the church, with a rosary being prayed at 7 p.m.
Herb was born and raised in St. Peter, Kan., a small German Catholic town in northwestern Kansas.
