"Sarah's death has not been found, although she probably died intestate after her husband wrote the codicil to his WILL on 21 Feb 1832."

My initial source for Mossman data is Kenneth Freeman Mosman's book LOC# 92-72125. OCLC=866549889. [Yes, Ken's surname is spelled with only one "s"] Page 82 has:

"Francis was probably buried on or near his farm, perhaps near his father's grave. The burial ground was surveyed, platted and named Rock Ridge Cemetery fifty-four years later on 25 Nov 1886 near what was once Mossmantown in Mercer Co. [PA], approximately six miles west of Greenville. Mossmantown once flourished there, but had disappeared by 1872. A search of Rock Ridge Cemetery by this compiler [=KFM] in 1987 yielded no stones to confirm that Francis and Sarah were buried there, nor did an earlier 1979 survey of the cemetery produce any evidence of a gravestone for either of them."

I appreciate Kenneth Freeman Mosman's work and personally believe Francis & Sarah Brown Mossman are buried in, or near, Rock Ridge Cemetery. If anyone out there has sourced information with a different location, PLEASE let us know.
